a fine building in the baroque style, has been the family seat of the Barons von Pölnitz since the 15th century. This venerable noble family, which can trace its origins back to the 13th century, has had many falconers of renown who enjoyed the respect of emperors and kings in bygone epochs.
Today, Aschbach is home to one of the largest falcon breeding grounds in Europe. Whith its choice location in southern Germany - in Bavaria - its 200
